• Pull up carpet and removing damaged pad when necessary.
• Deodorize and treat odors, using anti-microbial products and fungicides.
• Dry carpet, furnishings, walls and ceilings using vortex and axial fans as well as dehumidification equipment.
• Conduct a Psychrometry study to determine relative humidity and temperature to insure the dry down of the home or office is at safe levels for human rehabitation.
• Consult with you on managing the crisis created by the water damage.
